Words in the Drawing: “I plant pineapples on the vacant land next to the ward, it also helps my body to exercise. Planting a pineapple from seedling till harvest time takes about 10 to 12 months. I plant the pineapples for my own consumption or for giving to my friends. I also sell it to outsiders. The price of the pineapples depends on the size, it ranges from RM5 till RM7. The most expensive one is RM7. However, there was youngster who paid me RM10, even though I sold him at RM7.”

Words in the Drawing: “I used to stay in Ward 86 and next to that ward are five to six coconut trees. Now I stay at Ward 83 and beside this ward are two to three rambutan trees. I like both coconut and rambutan trees, it is more cooling with trees outside the ward so we can shade under the trees.”

Words in the Drawing: “This is a tree with small yellow flowers. I saw them by the roadside last time but I do not know their names. I don’t even remember where I saw them before. That day, I thought it would be easy to draw trees, so I drew it.”
